A little about me

I believe the relationship we build is one of the most important parts of therapy. It's what makes room for honest conversations, curiosity, laughter, and the complicated stuff that doesn't always fit neatly into a diagnosis.

I'm not here to put you in a box or tell you who to be. I'm here to get to know you, understand what's happening, and work alongside you.

I work with you

There will be hard conversations. There might also be laughter, moments of surprise, and the occasional thing you didn't expect to say out loud. I think all of that belongs in therapy.

I don't see my job as handing you a list of fixes. I want to understand how you got here, what you've had to do to get through it, and what you want to be different. We'll work through it together, with room for the complicated stuff along the way.
