“I’m an individual”

A lot of times you will see therapists list the issues and populations with whom they work--adults, adolescents, depression, anxiety. Well, yes, I have worked and continue to work with many of these issues and populations.

But I don't work with populations. I work with you.

Your path is unique, and I would like to help you figure out what that right path is.  When you feel like you have been hitting the same wall over and over--feeling bruised and numb--it's not surprising that you might feel anxious or depressed.  You could be dealing with some unresolved trauma that doesn't seem to be going away.  You could be trying to figure out who you are and how to make your life work. Whatever it is that you are looking for...

You want a better life. And you deserve it.

Whatever it is that you are looking for and whoever it is that you want to be, you don’t have to do this alone.  We’re not always very kind to ourselves in these moments, so oftentimes, it’s important--and face it, much nicer!--to sit with someone who is empathetic and objective while you sort out what is working for you and what isn’t.

As an adolescent, that may mean working with an adult who you feel is on your side...

As an adult, that may mean finding someone who can be both kind, but also call you on your shit..

As a parent, that may mean finding someone who understands that being a parent isn’t just about rules, but also about being present for yourself and your children through all of life’s challenges...

Together, let's take a look at what is and isn't working in your life, and create a new experience of who you are so that you can make the life you want and deserve.
